Zetin fast zirconia sintering furnace 30B Plus has integrated speed and standard sintering function in one. Ⅱ. Features

1、	The fast sintering program takes only 65 mins (including heating, keeping warm, and cooling);
2、	In the regular program, you can stack 3 layers of crucibles and sinter up to 150 units;
3、	High-purity and pollution-free dental silicon molybdenum rods;
4、	PID intelligent temperature control system accurately controls the temperature. The actual temperature accuracy is ±1℃;
5、	Total can store 40 Programs;
6、	7"inch color touch screen, display all parameters, easy to modify parameters;
7、	Green environmental friendly thermal insulation materials with excellent performance make the temperature more stable;
8、	With memory function, when the power is off and on again, it can automatically start from the beginning of the stage where the power is off.

Ⅲ. Notices

When you received the new furnace before you start to use them, please use the No.40 program to sinter the new crucible, zirconia beads, and furnaces first.
To avoid the crucible crush, please put the crucible cover on the sintered base then put the crucible on the cover.
There are 3 programs had been set, when you need to set up the new program, please click the windows button, and press the third line program editor to enter the program edit screen.
When the furnace has not been used for a while, you want to use it again, please use the No.40 program to clean the furnace first.
Don’t forget to cover the crucible when you start to run the program.
