Before International Labor Day, Zetin has delivered a European customer’s order of 20 units of speed/ fast sintering furnace ZTCF-30B Plus. The original plan is shipping by sea, but customers need to join a dental exhibition so they ordered another 5 units of the dental furnace which the new order required to be shipped by air. Today is the first we come back to work from the labor holiday, the customer emails us that they have received 5 pieces of furnace.

we have finished 50 pieces of vacuum pump ceramic oven production for Indian customers. Porcelain furnace also knows as ceramic oven or stove. This type of furnace is mainly used in a dental laboratory and dental clinic. In the dental field, the porcelain furnace's main function is used to burn the porcelain dentures or metal dentures with porcelain powder or enamel. Zetin porcelain furnace can store 100 programs, and the max temperature is 1300 ℃，this furnace had been install porcelain mode system which can fire zirconia and Lithium silicate glass ceramics both. In general, at the dental laboratory, the operator will make a large number of crowns at one time, so the dental technician will set the same parameter of porcelain mode for all the furnaces, this is the quickest way to improve the work efficiency. But this way will cause the finished products to not be refined enough, even rough, so the patients won’t be satisfied with the works, most of the time, the dentist needs to repair the rough dentures so some of the dental clinics also need porcelain furnace. And with the continued development of digitization, more and more dentists need to have relevant repair skills. In recent years, CAD-CAM chairside system equipment in great demand, the chairside dental equipment is the best solution for dental education and practice is more and more popular in the world. Because the traditional process is too inefficient, and most dental patients need to spend at least half a month even one month on dentures, many dental patients suffer toothache and can not eat, as usual, it is very painful. Third, using chairside furnace which has the fast sintering function to sintering, after sintering process dental patients can try to wear the dentures and see if they suit themself, this sintering step takes 60 mins for crowns and 2.5 hours for bridges.

The last step is to enamel and glaze the porcelain tooth and fire it in the vacuum ceramic oven. The last step takes 30 mins.

Above is the whole process and only takes 4 hours, so dental patients don’t need to go home and wait for a long time. Just need a half-day will finish all the treatment. For sure in the future, the chairside system equipment will be the new popular treatment model in the dental clinic.
