Porcelain furnace ZTCF-20B  Instructions for use

1. Turn on the furnace, you will see the interface, there is a line of keys at the bottom of the interface, the meaning of the keys are :

a. Press STBY (STANDBY), the temperature will rise up to start temperature.

b. Press RUN, the furnace starts to run the current program

c. Press STOP, furnace stop running the program

d. Press NIGHT, furnace enter standby state, press any place will return to the interface

e. Press UP, the tray will up into the furnace chamber

f. Press DOWN, the tray will down to the lowest place

g. When you need to modify the program value, you can click the value and put your value in then press the “ok” key, now the value was modified, you need to press the SAVE key, then “Data saved successfully” will show on the screen which means the modification is succeeded. (Special reminder here: when you need to modify the vacuum release temperature, please set the value less than or equal to the max temperature).

2. The new furnace needs to use the NO.32 program to run 5 times. We do this is for deep cleaning, because during the long way transportation, the furnace chamber will absorb moisture and impurities, so we need to deep clean the furnace first.

3. We have set up 3 different brand porcelain powder porcelainized programs, they are IVOCLAR, VITA, NORITAKE. If you use Ivoclar brand porcelain powder, you want to use the NO.3 program, you can choose the NO.3 program then press the RUN key.

4. After you finish work, press the UP key to let the tray enter the furnace chamber, to keep the furnace chamber dry. And clean the furnace case.
