After returning home, he immediately emailed us through the contact information on the business card we gave at the exhibition.
Initially it was a trial order. I only bought a dental porcelain furnace. It didn’t take long to add a zirconia sintering furnace, because different countries have different names for the furnace. Some customers call it ceramic oven or ceramic porcelain. People also call porcelain oven, or porcelain furnace, or vacuum porcelain ceramic oven. At the beginning, I was entangled with the name given by the customer for a day. What exactly should this kind of dental oven be called in dental equipment? Later, there were more customers, customers from all over the world, and we became accustomed to the different names of these dental furnaces. Before the epidemic, basically three or four customers visited the factory every month.
We are the original manufacturer of dental equipment. Basically, many customers have seen the factory and international product certification materials, and basically decided to cooperate on the spot. It is also very simple to do.
For this batch of orders at the end of 20, the details of the contract have been revised several times. Because of Mediterranean country import policy requirements, many imported products must have official licenses. So the whole process takes a lot of time to go down. After communicating within one month, the final shipment will be picked up by the freight company appointed by the Egyptian customer on the 15th.
Speaking of order production, Zetin has always been very strict in the purchase of raw materials, so any dental equipment furnace we produce has undergone strict quality inspection. Over the years, many customers have become regular customers, and their orders have become larger and larger.
From the beginning, Zetin only produced a single dental furnace, step by step, down-to-earth development to today, Zetin has been able to produce different models of dental furnaces. For example, from the initial black and white screen of the porcelain furnace, it requires manual input of the program, which is troublesome, error-prone and labor intensive. Up to the current color screen mode, engineers can directly import the program from the computer to the chip, which is accurate and time-saving and labor-saving; there is also a dental sintering furnace, from the most traditional box-type sintering furnace to the fourth generation. There are ordinary silicon molybdenum heating rod zirconia sintering furnaces, as well as zirconia rapid sintering furnaces and contaminated dental carbon heating rod sintering furnaces, as well as chairside sintering furnaces that are currently commonly required in dental clinics. At the same time, a series of high-tech products such as dental scanners and zirconia engraving machines have been developed in the branch field.
