After two weeks of communication, We found that the Russian customer was hesitant to purchase. The customer's concern is the quality of the product and the subsequent service of the product. At that time, the quality of the products developed was very stable, but Zetin did not have market influence at the time, and the scale system was still far from that of large factories. After consideration, the manager decided to customize a sample dental sintering furnace for customers to try. Zetin’s action also impressed the customer. After trialing the sample equipment, the customer purchased the complete set of dental equipment from Zetin, including (dental porcelain furnace, dental sintering furnace, wax baking furnace, etc.). Later, the customer has been placing orders in our factory for a long time.

        In 2020, after three years of cooperation with Zetin, the Russian customer recognized the quality and price of the dental equipment manufactured by Zetin. The customer requested to officially become the exclusive agent of Zetin Dental Equipment.
